Antique is a province in the Island of Panay in the Visayas Region of the Philippine Archipelago. It is an elongated stretch of land with a shape like a seahorse. It is located on the western part of Panay occupying the stretch of the narrow coast of the island. It is bounded by Aklan on the north and northeast; by the Central Panay Mountains and Capiz on the east; by Iloilo on the southwest; and by Cuyo East Pass on the west.
